Website features
The site's own code has no contact submission form, visitor analytics script, advertising tracker, embedded third-party widget, or browser cookie or local-storage feature. It does not provide an account system or patient-information upload feature. These statements describe the website code reviewed on October 12, 2026; they do not mean that no information is processed when you visit.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Cody does not control all provider-level logging, cookies, or retention practices and has not independently audited them. See OpenAI's privacy policy for provider information.
Email and educational feedback
Email links open your email app. The website does not send the message for you. If you choose to send it, your email address, message, and any details you include are received through email services. They may be used to read and respond to general website questions, corrections, educational feedback, podcast topic suggestions, guest inquiries, or requests for launch updates. Podcast email links use csaunders.cody@gmail.com. An email request does not sign you up for an automated mailing list. These links are not a channel for clinical questions, consultation, or professional service bookings.
Do not send protected health information, patient records, or sensitive client details. This website and ordinary email are not a patient-care intake system.
Downloads
The blank educational data worksheet can be downloaded and filled in on your device. This site does not receive entries made in that downloaded file. Your software and cloud-storage choices may affect where a file is saved. Do not put identifiable client information in the worksheet.
External websites
Links to source documents, professional organizations, LinkedIn, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Some external publishers ask for contact details before providing a resource. That information is supplied to them, not through a form on this website.
